readynas nv+ support mode
Techsupport asked me to go support mode, my device is visible but I cannot access the drives. Any idea how to access?

As the name implies support mode is for support to access a system.
So the problem with the old NAS was that whilst you could see it in RAIDar you couldn't access the shares? What about the web admin page?
So you bought a RN214?
