AjaxExplorer access to home folder

What does one need to configure to have access to user home folder from AjaxExplorer interface?

  • You mean access to the ReadyNAS user home folder, via Ajaxplorer ? You have to create a repository pointing to the specific folder.

    You mean acces to the Ajaxplorer user home folder ? The default one is located, by default, in /c/webroot/files

    Correct, but one needs to change the group rights to this folder.

    Just create new group (ie userandadmin ), make it primary for the user, add admin as a secondary member and

    Now all that's left is to set the permissions on the directory:

    sudo chgrp -R userandadmin /path/to/the/directory
    sudo chmod -R 770 /path/to/the/directory
