Can't backup TiVo Bolt using ReadyDLNA

Running 6.6.1 firmware, I'm trying to set up ReadDLNA to backup my TiVo Bolt.

It's already set up to backup my TiVo Roamio and Series 3 so I know the Media

Access Key is correct.  However, when I configure the TiVo Bolt, it says "unauthorized".

kmttg can access the Bolt just fine.

What am I doing wrong?

Hello bshannon,

Honestly, I'm not really familiar how it looks like but I found that that the engineering is already aware that ReadyNAS' ReadyTiVO does not work with Bolt. This is something that they are still fixing.

Regards,

Hello bshannon,

Are you using a ReadyNAS OS6 or the legacy ones? I think you need Plex app for this.

Re: Can't backup TiVo Bolt using ReadyDLNA

OS 6.6.1, the current version.

I've never needed Plex for this before.  As I said, it's working for my older TiVos.

Does Plex handle backups from the TiVo to the ReadyNAS?

I thought it was only for serving content from the ReadyNAS to the TiVo (and others).

No ideas?

Is there a debugging or logging option I can enable for ReadyDLNA to help figure out what the problem is?  I have ssh access to my ReadyNAS box.

Is the source code to readytivod available?

Ah, ok, I'm glad it's a known problem.  Thanks for the response.  I guess I just need to wait for the solution to be available...
