No files in file explorer Windows 10

I'm getting the 0x80070035 Error when clicking on my ReadyNAS in the windows explorer. I can't get to any of the files from inside the network.

Reset the SMB several times and rebooted everything several times.

The FTP is working perfectly from outside the network.

Any ideas?

    Hi Kpedeaux,

What model of ReadyNAS are you using? And tell us the firmware version running on your unit. Lastly, can you confirm if you have tried accessing your ReadyNAS via File Explorer (Windows) using \\192.168.1.2 (NAS IP address)?

    Hope this helps!

    Kind regards,

I tried to use the ip you gave and it is giving the same error.

        Hello Kpedeaux,

Is ReadyCLOUD enabled? Can you confirm if there is a common e-mail address registered to one of your local users and ReadyCLOUD at the same time?

        Kind regards,

      Hi Kpedeaux,

Will it be possible if you can change the e-mail address of the local user? Also, tell me if you have files saved on the private home shares (folders) of your ReadyCLOUD users.

      Kind regards,

Yes I could change the email address. No I don't have anything saved on the users, but I do have data on the drives just not under any particular user's home page.
