ReadyNAS Duo v2 / Hard disk capacity

Hello,

I use a ReadyNAS Duo v2 with 2 hard disks 1,5Tb in X-raid2 and I would like to increase my storage capacity, what is the maximum capacity in x-raid2 for this equipment?

Many thanks in advance

Pascal

    What firmware are you running?

If 4.1.x, then you have a v1 (sparc cpu).  Capacity is limited to 2 TB drives.

If 5.x.x, then you have a v2 (arm cpu).  The HCL has disks up to 4 TB.

NAS purposed drives are good choices (WDC Reds or Seagate VN series).

      Hi Stephen,
I have a 5.3.8 release, so if I understand your answer, I can mount 2x4Tb

      Thank's a lot
