When I try to activete the services I get the  following message

I have no idea how to fix this. I did think it was a Firmware issue, so I did down grade, but this made no difference

Thanks

Mike

An SNMP message is a very odd error to get on that screen.  What model NAS do you have?  Are you the original purchaser.

That is odd indeed.  Somehow you got bad SNMP config values.  Is SNMP even enabled on your system?

You should be able to fix this particular issue by going to System -> Settings, then enable SNMP and set Community to "public" and click Apply.  After that you can disable SNMP, and things should be back to normal, unless there are other bad configs in your system.
