Orbi pro SRR 60 router looses its WAN connection a couple of times per week

Hi all,

 

I have an issue with my SRR 60 Orbi Pro that seems to disconnect its WAN connection to the Internet modem occasionally.

During the disconnection the Orbi Pro shows the purple light, on top of the Orbi Pro.

The internet modem Zyxel NR2101 itself is set in bridge mode and is connected through a UTP cable with the Orbi Pro router.

 

The router is currently setup to work with Netgears Insight Management tool and therefore i cannot reach any of the logfiles on the SRR 60. Although I can switch on diagnostic mode through Insight, who will be able to have a look at it for investigation.

 

Anyone with a good idea to get more information from the SRR 60 to investigate the reason why the internet connection drops from time to time?
