so i am assuming there is no customer service? lol every option i click to contact brings me back to the community board. So here i am. I cant imagine spending 200.00 on a wifi extender without a customer service / sales department of someone who knows there product better then youtube to give advice. Im confused with this. im not dealing with geek squad. Im looking for a device that will extend my wifi. But it needs to be wired from the router. I dont know, ill post it one more time. Ive had numerous netgear routers over the years, ive never not been able to talk to tech support or a sales deparmtent. smh
