Best setting for maximum performance?

I just got the Netgear a600 wireless usb router.

In advanced options, what would be the ideal setting for the best distance and best speeds and consistency(keeping hold of acess point) for the device?

Some of the things in advanced settings I hav e not even heard of.

A6200
AC1200

    You may get a response if you correctly identify your device. Bumping actually could cause your post to be ignored. After several searches to find a600 I gave up, not going to guess which device OP actually has.

    Sorry, I thought that was just a lost character or typo since it is in the A6200 discussion forum, and that is what I have, an A6200, and was wondering about the advanced settings for it?

    I too assumed this adapter was about the A6200 given it was posted in the A6200 forum.

    Be happy it works and don't play with it is my advice, plenty of people can't just get it to work reliably without tweaking it!
