Miracast works if your routers support. Say it can be configured via ad-hoc or infrastructure mode. Try connecting via router so that it could work if ad hoc fails

Hi hmatt415 and kidmicro,
The adapter does not supports Miracast, The only NETGEAR device that supports miracast is the PTV3000 which is EoL already but for Wireless adapters, none of the it works with Miracast.

I do see that. But DLNA works out of box even to stream to Chromecast works flawlessly.
