I wonder what can their hardware warranty help me?
My Netgear adapter died today after only a few month of usage. Since last month I have to plug in and out a few times every day.
And it finally died today. I have a few computers home so we know the internet is fine but just the adapter stopped working.
I still have hardware warranty but it seems it doesn't do anything. What should I do with that? Can I ask for a replacement?
Or should I just forget about it and never buy NetGear products again? Then what is the best adapter available now? NetGear definitely is not a good try.

Re: I wonder what can their hardware warranty help me?
Hi xiaonichen,
1. What is the model number of your adapter?
2. Can you still see a light on the adapter?
3. Have you tried installing it on a different computer?
4. What is the operating system of your computer?
If you are still within hardware warranty, and LED light on the adapter is no longer working and you have tried to install it on a different computer using all the drivers available in support site then the adapter might be defective. You can contact support team for replacement given that you are still within hardware warranty.
