2.4GHz Devices
I have a couple of devices that use 2.4GHz and connect fine with the range extender. The problem I have is that the Cable modem's 2.4GHz radio is horrible and cannot keep a connection going on a permanent basis. Is the range extender able to upconvert the 2.4GHz inputs and sent them out on the 5GHz side if I keep the extender's 2.4GHz output (To the cable modem) off? Don't think the equipment is capable but it does not hurt to ask. Thanks for your time and assistance!!

Re: 2.4GHz Devices
Hello pipule
Sorry it can not do this it would only extend the 5ghz signal coming from the main router.
