AC1200 Dual Band Wifi Range extenders Model EX6120

I have 2 of these WIFI extenders and for a while evrything has been OK but then started to lose my connectivity with the main router. The main router is fine. So I went to factory reset both extenders and have had nothing but trouble since. I have performed reconnection and both extenders look like they are both up and showing connections but none of my devices will will provide any internet access when connected to either extender and now my printer has lost its wireless connection as well 

Any ideas anyone pls?
