Can i Extend xfinity hotspot with EX6400

There seem to be related questions and answers to this post, but I did not see one spot on target.

From my apartment, I can connect my mobile phone and desktop to the Xfinity Hotspot below me. I am a Comcast-Xfinity customer but not at the location of my apartment. Can I extend that hotspot by using my Netgear Nighthawk ex6400 without router access?

maybe? I'm not sure as I don't have xfinity's hotspot feature.

if requires you to log into it, probably not. 

If its an open network, then possibly.
