Can't connect my EX2700 to my router

Hi All,

I'm suffuring for the past 2 days trying to connect my extender to my home LTE router (Huawei B5318-42).

My extender was connected to the router for the past 2 months with no issues at all, 2 days back it got disconnected and i tried every way to reconnect it but with no luck at all.

I reset my home router and my extender as well but still couldn't connect them together. 

The home router does not have a hard WPS button but the setting is enabled for WPS. i tried to connect the extender through www.mywififext.net but when the extender searchs for the near devices my home router is not showing in the list.

can anyone help me with this??

Have you tried a factory reset of the extender by holding the reset button for 10 seconds on the extender?

Yes I did more than once but still the same issue.

Have you tried to set up the extender in the same room as the router? Also is the router broadcasting the wireless SSID?
