Cannot connect NETGEAR Extender EAX15v2 to home WiFi
While setting up the NETGEAR EAX15v2 extender via the Nighthawk app to connect to our WiFi modem (ZTE H268A), the process proceeds smoothly until the step where we enter the WiFi password. At this point, it displays an "incorrect password" error, despite entering the correct password. Could this be a compatibility issue between the modem and extender? Our internet provider suggested that the two devices might not be compatible.

Try factory resetting the extender and set it up using the installation assistant.
To factory reset, push and hold the reset button for 7-15 seconds while powered on.
