Cannot connect from PC to extender
I cannot reach the extender from my PC. I only have one in use network port on my PC, and I assume I can't use the ports on the back of my 6100 router. I see the extender in my router wireless listings on my PC.
The online info seems to show that I should be able to address the extender directly. I brought the router physically next to my PC The extender shows all green lights: power, router, remote and WEP all good. I returned it to its intended location and the lights all remain green.
I'm trying to get the extender moved to the 5mhz channel, but I can't talk to it. Using Windows 10 and Firefox. mywifiext just times out. What else should I do to connect to the extender firmware? And should I upgrade the firmware? Seems to be a lot of remarks on the forums. Anyway, I'd need access to the extender to do this.
How can I move ahead?

Re: Cannot connect from PC to extender
Hi @gresch,
Try to use the IP address of your extender (you may find it in connected/attached devices of your router) to login to it's interface and perform firmware upgrade with the help of below link.
Note: Regarding step 2, just use IP address of your extender to gain access to its interface.
