Cannot locate web browser setup guide

We moved.  Have tried to re-install the extender and cannot even get past the direction to locate it on the Wireless Network Connection - not there.  So tried clicking on www.mywifiext.net (and .com) and get page errors that it cannot locate the URL.  This shouldn't be so hard...  So far all I have working is the solid green power light.  And I've already tried the Factory Reset button.  Nothing changed.  I've even moved the extender next to the ASUS router so that I can get everything working before I move it to the dead zone in my house.  Suggestions?  [I'm not super technical]

Did you factory reset the extender by holding the reset button for 10+ seconds? after that try to do the extender setup again.

When trying to set up the extender again have you tried to connect a Ethernet cord to the extender via a pc and try www.mywifiext.net again?
