Connected to Extender, but no Internet

Hey Guys,

Please can somebody help.

Ive connected the range extender but cannot get internet on my devices when connecting through the extender...
Can connect to the extender- Yes
Can extender pick up good signal from router - Yes
Lights on router green - Yes
Can ping the router when connected through extender - Yes

Can access internet when connecting to router directly - Yes

Please help if you can 🙂

1. What is the firmware version of the extender?

2. Does the issue persist on all your wireless devices?

3. Please make sure there is no Access Control enabled on the router.

4. Have you tried resetting the extender?
