Devices no longer recognize NG EX7300

I have the Netgear EX7300.  Recently my devices  cannot connectto the internet when i select the 2XT or 5XT.  The NETGEAR appears to be working as all the lights are green.  I reconnected the Neatgear extender to my router successfully but I still can't connect to the internet when i select either of the extensions from my WiFI drop down list.

What router is it connected to? 

Firmware on the extender? 

did you set it up via wps or the installation wizard? 

I'd highly recommend setting it up via the installation wizard.
