EX3700 set-up issues

Hi there,

 

I have two netgear extenders one AC1200 and the other AC750. Im trying to set up the AC750 but when I go to the link to set it up I get a message that says "You are not connected to your extender's WiFi network" see screen shot attached.

 

I do have the AC1200 on the same internet that I am trying to connect the AC750. Is that an issue? I don't have any way to set up teh AC750 to even provide it a different name etc.

 

Any help is appreciated. thanks!

    Hi techmom5,

     

    Welcome to the community!

     

    It should not be an issue. Just make sure that you connect the device that you are using for the setup to the AC750 first before proceeding. Once connected, you should be able to go through the installation process as described here.
