EX6200 Firmware update interrupted

Hi,  I made the mistake of doing a firmware upgrade on my EX6200 over my wireless network. My internet connection timed out during the download process and although I retryed a couple of times ended up having to exit out. I now can't access the EX6200. I have rebooted it and done a factory reset. None of the lights are showing up down the side. Have I managed to kill it.

It does sound like the firmware may of corrupted I would suggest contacting Netgear support if the unit is still under warranty.
