EX7000 WIFI can't connect to router

Hello,
I purchased the above and even after correcting Manual handling, talking to support, watching videos, the range extender is still not connecting to all Samsung phones, and it just dropped out of the connections with all computers. It is frustrating that I must wait for several hours to get somebody to call me telling me that I must be transferred to another technician and still nobody called me back/ helped me to set it up.
I tried pretty much everything. From reset, reboot, connecting it again and again to the WIFI modem, but nothing works. Does anybody have the same issues?
For the record, I am in Australia. The modem works just fine.

PLease can anybody help me?

What modem/router is it connected to? 

what firmware is on the extender? 

What method of setup are you using? WPS or the installation assistant?

Dodo/ Go hub

firmware (can't tell you I am not able to login) but its just over 3 month old.

I used the installation assistant and it worked just fine until about 3 weeks ago

What dodo hub? 

You can't access the device even after you factory reset it? Then how are you using the installation asisistant? 

If you are able to, then you should be able to see what firmware version you're on.
