EX7500 not extending 5ghz band
I'm trying to extend a new network. The home network is served by a Ruckus H510. When running the NetGear Genie the 2.4ghz network is found, but the 5ghz network is not. When I try and manually enter the 5ghz network SSID and password it still doesn't close the link.
The 5ghz network is operational, my computers and phone do connect to it, however the EX7500 is unable to.
Any ideas?

Re: EX7500 not extending 5ghz band
Have you tried to lower the channel of the 5ghz network on the router?

Re: EX7500 not extending 5ghz band
I Guess that issue could be the channel used by EX7500, it is 100 or higher (104, 108...) for 5G and some devices don't see it (like Nvidia SHIELD TV).
Use a wifi scanner and check channels.
