Trying to connect EXT6120 to ARRIS G34 F519 Wifi router using web browser set up (no WPS button on router). EXT is close to router, powers up and device light is green, but unable to connect to wifi. Have tried all the options once NETGEAR_EXT is connected including with ethernet cable and also setting ARRIS security to "low" level, but no luck getting green 'router' light. I get stuck in "not secure" connection dialogue, and clicking "send anyway" several times is no-go until I get to another page to enter network password again (password is correct). I have an older ET6100 which connects easily and is used in another location. NETGEAR support chat was useless, have heard strange stories about offshore phone support. So, where from here? Advice?
