Re: Ex6120
1. what router did you connect it to?
2. what method of setup did you use? WPS, the installation assistant, the app?
3. a screensnip of the browser error you get might help
4. are you able to access the extender using the IP address the router assigns it?
5. What channel is the 5ghz using on the router?

Re: Ex6120
5GHz is using router channels 100(p) +104+108+112, router is set to auto
5GHz on 6120 is set as:
Wireless AP on
Broadcast name on
Wifi protected setup configured
Wifi channel auto
Wifi password same as existing network
Any ideas ?

Re: Ex6120
Try changing your 5ghz wifi to either 36-48 or 149-165.
I don't believe the EX6120 supports the dfs channels.
If that doesn't work, take a look at the vodafone forums. There's a ton of posts about that router and not working with extenders. maybe its gotten an update but there's a bunch without any clear answer.

Re: Ex6120
You are absolutely right about the Vodafone router, after spending nearly a hour on chat with them it turns out that you cannot change the 5GHz channels allocated even in Expert mode. Fortunately all my devices seem to work on the 2.4GHz channel.
I was hoping to dedicate the 5GHz channel to my Amazon Fire as I did when I had the EE Router. Thanks for your help and advice.

Re: Ex6120
the EX6120 has an access point mode. meaning if you can hardwire it in with ethernet or powerline, you could connect it that route and run it in access point mode.
