Extender password unaccepted

I have connected my extender to my router successfully. However, when I try to join the extender network by entering in my password, it says invalid password. I have carefully entered it in multiple times. I have even tried entering in the original password located on my router with no success. Can anyone please help? This is so frustrating. Thanks!

Connect back to your main router then go to www.mywifiext.net log in and change the wireless password on the extender and see if you can log in then.
