Hello, I have gotten this quite recently a week ago to be close, but I have been having a problem. It says I have a full connection but when trying to watch movies with the family the video will not load or will be to slow to watch. I have put the quality to the lowest standards and given it time to buffer but to wait an hour for five minutes is too much. So I have come hear to see if there is any way to fix this?
