HELP - Can not connect
Had netgear extender set up with TWC Ubbe router. Upgraded to Arris and now can not get extender to work at all. Have tried everything I can think of and am frustrated!

Hi brigette,
You will need to configure your extender to connect with the Arris router.
Power on your extender
Push the Factory Reset button on the back of your Extender and hold it for at least 7 seconds until the LEDs flash. Release the button, then the Extender will restart.
On your computer, connect to the "NETGEAR_EXT" WiFi network
Then open a web browser and go to mywifiext.net and follow the on screen setup process.
