Help!

Hi everyone! I am new to here and now I meet a issue: when I change my WiFi name, my netgear cannot work, the light for router link- direction arrow didn’t work , so what should I do? Thanks!
My model is AC 1200 Ex6150v2

You will need to factory reset the extender by holding the reset button for 10+ seconds and go through the extender setup again.
