Welcome to the community!
1. Are you using the same password as your main wireless network? If yes, are you able to connect to the main network using the same password?
2. You can try checking the IP address assigned to the extender by the router and access the extender's UI via the IP to confirm if the password is correct.

Hi @Mattyuk,
1. What is the status of the Router Link LED? Is lit green and steady?
2. Have you tried using another device (smartphone, tablet, laptop) to connect to the extender?
3. If none of your devices are able to connect using the password, it would be better to reset the extender (page 34 of the user manual on this link) and go through the setup procedure described on this link.

Thank you very much,all lights were green and steady and tried connecting with 5 different devices, so I will reset and start again,
