How connecting a EX2700 to a network with username and password security?

I wann connect my ex2700 to a wifi which it needs both User and password (not just password like usual wifi). I forgot the name of this security protocol:(

but ex2700 just accept and shows me one box and just for password!

could you help me pls?

I rememmber the protocol 

it called "Wi-Fi Security WPA2 Enterprise"

So does Ex2700 compatible with WPA2 Enterprise?

Hello vasef - Are you attempting to log into the extender's admin page (www.mywifiext.net)? If so, you may factory reset the unit by pressing down on reset button for 15+ seconds using a pin. After doing so, you may log into the admin page using the factory credentials listed below. 

Username: admin

Password: password
