I-phone has no internet

My husband used his I-phone to set up our extender. He has no internet connection and I still do on my Android. We have rebooted, restarted, repassworded everything and nothing is working for him.

1. what extender do you have? 

2. what firmware is on it? 

3. what router did you connect it to? 

4. What method of setup did you use? WPS (push button) or the installation assistant?

Get him to tell the iPhone to forget that it ever talked to the router and then reintroduce the iPhone to the wifi.
