Is the TRENDnet TEW 816 DRU compatible with my Nighthawk R7000 for bridging?
I have tried to set it up before as a bridge but haven't been able to....
not sure if I missed a step somewhere or what, but if someone could please get me step by step on how to do the WHOLE process..that's using both routers ..the r7000 as the bridge... if they are compatible together, of course.
I am super frusterating with netgear as is so any help would be super rad. 🙂

Hello skunkylouou
Here is a Kb on how to setup the R7000 as a access point.

I know exactly how to set my router up as an access point, that's not what I was asking at all. But thanks for the reply I guess? And I figured out that they are compatible, for anyone else having this issue. Just make sure your trendnet has the latest updates, they don't let you know like netgear does!
