Successful installed until unable to enter wifi password (item 7 the last step in instruction manual). Does not accept my wifi router password. Cannot log onto www.my wifi ext.net as alternative. Tried resetting but same problem. Any help appreciated.

Have you tried the WPS method of pairing the unit with your router?

Have you tried to connect via etherenet to the extender and then go to www.mywifiext.net?
