Need a wireless extension for a wired device

I have a Yaesu HAM radio that has a wired Ethernet adapter. I have no way to currently run a wired Ethernet to the part of the house that I have the HAM radio. Is there a way to wirelessly extend a wired device? Does one of these WiFi extenders have an RJ45 port that can be used to extend service?
