I have recently purchased a wifi extender. I am using a Xfinity router. I attempted to connect the extender to the router wifi through the nighthawk app. The extender continues to say the password I enter for the 2.4 GHz and 5.0 GHz router wifi is incorrect. Obviously I have checked and double-checked the password I am entering is correct. I read some of the other password problem threads but none of them seems to pertain to my particular problem. I am unsure where to move forward from this point. Thank you for your time.
