Here are the steps to set up your Netgear EX7500 WiFi extender:
Place the extender: Place the extender in the same room as your router.
Power on the extender: Plug the extender into an electrical outlet and turn in on.
Connect to the extender: Use a computer or mobile device to connect to the extender's wifi networK. The default network name and password can be found on the extender's label.
Connect the extender to the router: Once connected to the extender's Wifi network, open a web browser and enter the default IP address for the extender (192.168.1.250) in the address bar.
Log in to the extender: Enter the default login credentials to access the extender's web interface.
Follow the setup wizard: The setup wizard will guide you through the process of configuring the extender. You will be asked to select your router's wifi network and enter the wifi password.
Complete the setup: Once the setup is complete, the extender will reboot. you can now move the extender to the desired location and connect your devices to the extended network.
Note: It's recommended to place the extender midway between the router and the area where you want to extend the WiFi coverage. This will help ensure optimal coverage and performance.
