Nighthawk X6S EX8000 bricked after firmware opdate

i just bought the EX8000 today, i followed the setup step by step wiz, at the end it said there is an firmware update,i updatede after the reboot are all lights at the front flashing white, and the power light at the back flashes red. I tried disconnection power, plugging back in, power light is briefly green, then goes to flashing red, i tried to reset to factory settings but it wont. i can't connect to or see the extender on my network

any ideas
