Password Issue netgear wn3000
I'm not computer literate so please be kind. I set my extender up and it worked perfectly well; however, I upgraded my router to a BT Smart Hub. I reset the wifi extender back to factory settings and went through the install (manual setup by pushing the WEP buttons etc). All the green lights came on but when I try to connect to the extender it keeps asking for a password. I have tried all the passwords (old router, new router and admin password on the extender) but it does not recognise them. Anyone else experienced this?

Re: Password Issue netgear wn3000
Hello Pelagia
Try to log into the extender again you may need to connect a ethernet cord directly from a pc to the extender or try to use a pc connected to your main router go to www.mywifiext.net login with admin/password and try to change the password then try that password to connect to it.
