Password issues

My router is a WN604 and I´m trying to put a password on it. But it does´t allow me to put on internet: http://192.168.0.100/. 

So, my question is how can I enter to that web? Because right now it says fix concetion problems

Were you able to complete steps listed on page 12 of 68? : http://www.downloads.netgear.com/files/GDC/WN604/WN604_UM_5June2014.pdf

Please also try performing a reset to factory defaults on page 60 of 68
