Hi there I just got a new router and modem after they both crashed. Now my powerline adapter won't connect to internet. All the lights show that it is connected to the router (all green) but it isn't getting any internet through it. Should I factory reset and if so, does that mean the password changes from the one on the back of the adapter? Thanks in advance.

Hi Blanca Thank you for your advice. As it turns out. The service providers who came to install the new Router and Modem had a cable in one of the router's ports and then the other end of the cable in another..... unbelieveable! Anyway, once I removed the cable it all worked. Regards Stillnoidea :)

This will return the Powerline adapter to its factory default settings.
