Range Extender WN300RP
my extender when i turn on amber light is on then i get a green blinking light on the power button. i have tried factory reset and wont do anything

Are your devices seeing the extender's wifi network? If so, are you able to connect to the extender's wifi network?

If you reset the extender (and don't press WPS), then the extender network name will be NETGEAR_EXT.
If you aren't seeing that network name in any of your devices, then the extender might have failed.
If you do see it, then join it. Then browse to mywifiext.net, and that should take you to the web setup page.
