Unable to add a name/rename attached devices on R8300

I am trying to add a new device to my router with the name. It is not allowing me to add it. Can you please check it and let let us know?

Router: Nighthawk R8300

Version: Firmware Version V1.0.2.130

Also Tried to add it from the Nighthawk app as well. There is no use.
