WN3000RPv3 Extender shows green; still no internet

After my WiFi was accidentally unplugged, I have been unable to connect to the internet on my N300 extender. All lights show green, but there is no internet. I have tried rebooting extender. There is nothing wronr with router; I have no problems connecting to the internet through the router directly; only through the extender.

Have you tried factory resetting the extender and then reinstalling it? 

push and hold reset for 7-15 seconds while its powered on. then reinstall it.
