WN3000RPv3 KRACK Vulnerability - Firmware Update
Hello Netgear Community
Is there any roadmap for a firmware release that patches the KRACK vulnerability for the WN3000RPv3 WiFi Extender. The latest firmware accroding to https://kb.netgear.com/000049498/Security-Advisory-for-WPA-2-Vulnerabilities-PSV-2017-2826-PSV-2017-...
is still vulnerable to KRACK.
Does anybody have an idea?
Thanks a lot!
Cheers,

Re: WN3000RPv3 KRACK Vulnerability - Firmware Update
Welcome to the community, @stockster
Our engineering team is still working on this.
We do not have any ETA but rest assured that the security advisory will be updated once a fix becomes available.

Re: WN3000RPv3 KRACK Vulnerability - Firmware Update
Hi ElaineM
Okay, glad to hear that Netgear is going to address this issue. In case you should have further information on the ETA, it would probably be helpful, if you could provide this information in here again? Would this be feasible from your point of view?
Thanks and best regards,
stockster
