Wifi extender

Good afternoon everyone,

Since december 30th I have a netgear wifi range extender, I have connected it properly and the icons say the connection is good (green lights). The problem is that I can not connect to the extender, it keeps saying "IP adress can not be found". Is there anyone who can tell me what to do? Cause I really dont know what to do anymore to get a proper connection!

I would try to factory reset the extender by holding the reset button for 10+ seconds then try to run through the setup again.
