Can you please clarify which product you would like to update firmware?

If it is a router, please connect to your router network then open a web browser and go to routerlogin.net

Click on the Advanced tab then go to Administration and then click on Firmware Update.

If it is an extender, please connect to your extender network then open a web browser and go to mywifiext.net

Click on Maintenance then click on Firmware Update.
