I received an email that there was a firmware update for extender EX6100. When I logged it and checked for update it stated my firmware was up to date. It was only on 1.0.2.24. I downloaded the new version 1.0.2.28 and tried to run it but got message that "firmware update failed". Why did I get this message and can I /should I download the new firmware update?
