EX6200 connection issues with the firmware version V1.0.3.68_1.1.104
I have an ex6200 running in AP mode connecting with a R8000(nighthawk). Before I updated it to the firmware version v1.0.3.68_1.1.104, it had worked very well. I means it was steady and i was able to connect to it with the maximum speed of about 867Mbps in 5Ghz ac mode and close to 300Mbps in 2.4Ghz 802.n mode. However, when I updated it to the latest version today, I can't connect to it with the maximum speed any more. Instead, the maximum connection speed is alway 54Mbps or less. Although I have reset it and reconfigured it many times, the issue is always existing.
Anybody can help me out?
OK, well it may be worthwhile trying the previous firmware version again.

Have you tried different wireless encryption methods, excluding WEP / TKIP? If you temporarily disable encryption do you still connect at a lower rate?
- After I reset it, i have attempted to connect to it by default SSID NETGEAR_EXT5G or NETGEAR_EXT without any encryption. But the connection speed is the same.

When you say that you reset the extender, do you mean a factory reset? If not then that may be worth a try. Otherwise, you could try reverting to your previous version of firmware, you simply upload it manually and ignore any warnings that it is older than the current firmware.
